Ecclesiastes 3:1-15
We've come to that famous passage in our Ecclesiastes studies that nearly everyone has heard of at one time or another. A certain familiar tune might even be running through your mind. "To every thing -- turn, turn, turn -- there is a season -- turn, turn, turn . . ."
By now, we all recognize that life is a series of seasons. As we celebrate our moms this Mother’s Day, we will reflect on the various seasons of not only a mother’s life, but those that affect families and individuals as well, and we will see that God has ordained them all.

Ecclesiastes 2:12-26
Join us this Sunday as we continue in chapter 2 of Ecclesiastes. Last week, we saw how Solomon chose to pursue every earthly pleasure and discovered the emptiness of selfish indulgence vs. living a life of giving generosity to others.
This week, he debates the futility of working to merely accumulate wealth and possessions, knowing he must eventually leave it all to someone who may squander it. From his experience, we learn that true contentment comes from recognizing that work is a gift from God that can bring joy and meaning when done to His glory.

Ecclesiastes 2:1-11
Join us this Sunday as we continue our study of Ecclesiastes, a book of wisdom about how to navigate the seasons that come and go in our lives.
This week, Solomon will test his heart by indulging in every form of pleasure available to see whether there is any satisfaction to be found in them. What he discovers will provide insight into the folly of selfish indulgence vs. living a life of generosity toward others. Through his experience, we can gain wisdom in how to ensure our earthly pursuits are aligned to God's will.

Ecclesiastes 1:12-18
We’re so excited for week two, this Sunday, in our Ecclesiastes series entitled “Seasons.”
We all find ourselves in different seasons of life, and we often don't understand how we got there or what we should do while going through a difficult one. This series is helping us learn how we can best trust God and walk in the fear of the Lord as we navigate the challenges of whatever season we find ourselves in.

Join us this Sunday for the opening of our spring/summer series, "Seasons", a study in the book of Ecclesiastes. This series will help us recognize how we might be wasting our energy in futile pursuits and point us to the things that bring us purpose and meaning. It should be a study with a lot of practical application, and even some fun as well.

Gospel Of Mark | Nobody | Pastor Chris Heller
The last few weeks have been heavy as we’ve watched Jesus cry out to God in Gethsemane, stand before the Jewish Sanhedrin and Pilate, endure a Roman scourging, and submit to his horrific crucifixion and death on the cross.
But, praise God, the story doesn't end there! After three days in the tomb, Jesus conquered death and arose from the grave! Because of His resurrection power, we are promised salvation from sin and given eternal life through faith in Him.

Gospel of Mark | The Death of the Son of God | Pastor Jon Adams
Mark 15:20-41
Mark’s gospel has been a book of action as we’ve traveled with Jesus from his earliest moments of ministry to his final week. But, as Mark brings his gospel to a close, he slows the pace and we get an almost hour-by-hour account of what Jesus experienced.
We’ve watched Jesus cry out to God in Gethsemane, stand before the Jewish Sanhedrin and Pilate, and endure a Roman scourging. This week, Mark guides us through the final moments of Jesus' life as we witness the crucifixion and death of the Son of God.
This will be a heavy week at Renew. But, it’s a part of Jesus’ story we must linger in and learn from before we can celebrate all he won on Resurrection Sunday.

This Is Who He Is - Gospel of Mark | Not Guilty | Pastor Chris Heller
Mark 15:1-15
Last week, Jesus was betrayed by a kiss, arrested, beaten, and falsely accused.
Join us this week as our innocent Savior is brought before Pilate to be publicly declared innocent or guilty. Driven by fear, we will witness Pilate allowing the crowds to actually decide. Fortunately, God the Father has a very different verdict for His Son.
If you have ever struggled with shame and guilt from others, or inside your own head, this week should be a real encouragement.

This Is Who He Is - Gospel of Mark | Lest I Forget | Pastor Chris Heller
Mark 14:32-72
Have you ever been betrayed? It's not a pleasant feeling, especially when carried out by someone you were close to. You have some idea what it was like for Jesus that night in Gethsemane. But he knew there was even greater agony coming than just the pain of a betrayal. He knew it would lead to his very death.
Join us this week as we discover the many important lessons from the Garden that we best not forget.
