Grace To You - Galatians | Tie That Binds | Pastor Jon Adams
Galatians 6:1-6
I was raised with a deep appreciation for the military. The bravery, valor, and mindset of the American soldier has made the United States the greatest fighting force on the planet. While every soldier is committed to the completing of the mission, soldiers also have a responsibility to each other—a solemn duty to look out for one another in battle.
Last week, we talked about what it means to follow the Spirit in our individual lives. This week, Paul shifts to a related question: As we live in the Spirit, what’s our duty to each other?
Paul has two commands to issue, and—just like the American soldier—he’s going to lay some serious responsibility on our shoulders to look out for each other.

Galatians 5:15-26
Remember all those great kid church songs we learned growing up? "Deep and Wide", "Obedience Is...", "Who Built the Ark?", "Rise, Shine and Give God the Glory, Glory"!
For many of us, those songs still echo in our childhood memories. I still remember the countless times we excitedly sang the song, “The fruit of the Spirit’s not a coconut!” during my time as our Kidztown director. And, with that same excitement, I can share we have finally arrived at those wonderful verses this week in our Galatians series!
Join us this Sunday as we not only learn how to walk by the Spirit, but how to be led by and live by the Spirit as well! The fruit of the Spirit’s not a WATERMELON!

Grace To You - Galatians | Called To Freedom | Jason Black
Galatians 5:1-15
This Sunday, we enter one of the most passionate sections in Paul’s letter to the Galatians, all about freedom. Not the world’s version of “do whatever you want,” but the kind of freedom only Jesus gives.
In Christ, we’re set free from sin, shame, and striving. And we’re set free to walk in love, led by the Spirit. But Paul makes it clear, this freedom isn’t for serving ourselves, it’s a call to love one another as we’ve been loved. Paul urges the church to stand firm and not go back to legalism and religious performance.
Join us this Sunday as we hear the soundtrack of grace and freedom!

Grace To You - Galatians | Just As I Am | Pastor Chris Heller
Galatians 4:21-31
It has been so encouraging to read and hear the many testimonials of people in our church family, both in house and online, who have found our journey through the book of Galatians, specifically the focus on our identity in Christ, to be such a blessing!
Join us again this week as we hear our author use this portion of his letter (4:21-31) to be quite vulnerable with his audience, as well as quite passionate about his heart for the people falling back into the Law in the Galatian church.
If you have ever felt lonely, unnoticed, forgotten, or even ignored by God, this Sunday should be a real encouragement as we are reminded that not only does God see you, He desires to draw near to you!

Grace To You - Galatians | Redeemed, Redeemed! | Pastor Chris Heller
Galatians 4:1-12
I grew up singing, “Redeemed, how I love to proclaim it, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb! Redeemed by His infinite mercy, His child and forever I am!"
Do you know what it means to be redeemed? Have you ever explored the incredible depth of the doctrine of redemption?
Join us this Sunday as we continue in our summer series in Galatians. We will find, in chapter 4, that Paul is becoming more and more desperate to help the Galatians find not only their justification, but their identity in who they are and what Christ has done for them at the moment of salvation. It’s time for the Galatian believers to claim the freedom that Jesus purchased on their behalf.

Galatians 3:15-4:7
This Sunday we will finish unpacking Paul’s defense of the core doctrine of Justification by Faith. We will continue to ask, “what does it mean to be 'declared righteous'"?, both for Paul’s audience and the reader today.
Join us as we hope to fully embrace our new family - the family of God - and in doing so, get used to our new COG’s (Children of God shoes) and what it means to walk in the freedom of being “In Christ!”

Grace To You - Galatians | Crucified With Christ | Pastor Chris Heller
Galatians 2:20-3:14
This Sunday, we will continue our summer series in Galatians with one of the most memorable verses in all of scripture.
Paul announces to the Galatians that he has been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer he who lives, but Christ who lives in him!
What does this mean? What is Paul trying to convey? What is he hoping they gain perspective in? We will grow in the grace of “who we are in Christ” this Sunday with these questions, and many more!

Grace To You - Galatians | Face To Face | Pastor Jon Adams
Galatians 2:1-19
This series has challenged us to think of our lives as a soundtrack, speaking words of grace as we interact with others. But what about times when our tone needs to be stronger, sharper, or even confrontational?
This week, we’ll watch as two giants of the New Testament - Peter and Paul - square off in a public confrontation. What happens when two allies, two apostles, two guys who don’t back down from a fight come face-to-face in opposition? We’ll find out this week and, along the way, we’ll learn some biblical principles for confrontation in our own lives.

Grace To You - Galatians | This Is My Story | Pastor Chris Heller
Galatians 1:6-20
What’s your testimony? Some of us have dramatic stories of how God brought us to salvation. For others, it may have been a slow and quiet realization. But no matter how we came to faith in Christ, what's really important is that we share our testimony with others.
This Father’s Day, we will hear Paul share his story as he tries to set the Galatian believers back on the right course. Having been such a radical opposer of Christianity, he wants to convince them that only the one true gospel of Christ could have had such a powerful and dramatic impact on his life.

Galatians | Grace To You | Pastor Chris Heller
What does it mean to live under grace? Do you have to keep the Law to be a Christian? All of it, or just part of it? Who is right? How will we know?
As the gospel spread across the Roman world after Jesus’ earthly ministry, conflicts arose over what it meant to be a Christian. The Galatian church included both Jewish and Gentile converts, and a theological crisis arose because many Jews still believed in keeping the Mosaic Law rather than receiving justification by faith. Disheartened, Paul writes to them, encouraging them to move on from the past and enjoy their newfound liberty in Christ.
Are you stuck in your past? Join us this Sunday as we introduce our new summer sermon series, "Grace to You", a study of the book of Galatians, and learn how you can live in the freedom Christ provides.
